Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock turns 52 today and to celebrate the pretty stars birthday we here at Celeb Mix have put together a list of our five favourite movies from her.

1: The Heat.

This hysterical comedy about an FBI police officer (Sandra Bullock) and a rough street cop (Melissa McCarthy) trying to capture a drug lord was released back in 2013. The movie was a huge box-office hit around the world. In it’s opening weekend in America the laugh out loud comedy earned $39.1m making it Sandra Bullock’s biggest opening so far. The film has now earned $229.9m in total.

2: Two Weeks Notice.

This romantic comedy starring Hugh Grant alongside Sandra Bullock was released way back in 2002. The rom-com is about an environmentalist lawyer (Bullock) who goes to work for billionaire George Wade (Grant). It  was a massive worldwide hit and earned $199m in total.

3: Miss Congeniality.

This hysterical comedy was released back in 2001 and sees Sandra Bullock playing FBI agent Gracie. In the movie Gracie is sent to compete in a beauty pageant to try and stop anyone attacking the event. The comedy was a huge box-office success and earned a massive $212.7m in total.

4: The Lake House.

This romantic drama was released in 2006 and saw a lonely doctor (Bullock) fall in love with a frustrated architect (Keanu Reeves) only to discover they are living two years apart. The beautiful drama proves that Sandra can act both dramatic and comedic roles equally well. The movie earned an impressive $114.8m in total.

5: The Premonition.

This drama was released back in 2007 and saw Sandra Bullock playing Linda a woman who’s life is turned upside down after her husband is killed in a car accident. However things take a strange turn when Linda wakes up one morning to discover her husband Jim (Julian McMahon) beside her. And she faces a race against time and destiny to save her family. Despite being dark and mysterious the film didn’t do as well at the box-office as Sandra’s other movies but it still earned $84.1m in total.
